Mushy mushy tuna

Ingredients:

1 can tuna flakes or chunks (hot & spicy), drained
1 can champignon sliced mushrooms (pieces & stems), drained
1 tsp margarine or butter

Preparation:

In a pan, melt the margarine or butter, add the mushrooms and cook for about 2 minutes. Add the tuna chunks or flakes and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve.

Cabbage, carrots & celery soup

Ingredients:

1 liter water
1 tbsp. olive oil
5 cloves garlic, diced
1 tsp. pepper
1 bulb onion, sliced
1 tsp. salt or to taste
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 medium-size cabbage, sliced into strips
2 medium-size carrots, peeled and diced
3 stalks celery, diced

Praparation:

Heat oil in casserole
Add diced garlic, fry until golden brown
Add water and boil
Add the rest of the ingredients and boil for 15 mins.

For thicker, tastier soup, osterize half of the carrots, cabbage
and celery before adding to water

Okra-mato

Ingredients: (all-natural ingredients)

2 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
½ lb. baby okra, washed, stem ends trimmed & cut cross-wise in half
½ cup water
1 teaspoon salt & pepper
½ teaspoon sugar


Preparation:

Heat oil in pan
Sautè garlic for 4 mins.
Add tomatoes, sautee for 1 min.
Add okra, sautee for 1 min.
Add water, salt & pepper and sugar
Simmer for 5 mins.
Serve.
